titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of foam molding
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a slide core that moves forward and backward in a horizontal direction so as not to cause friction with an edge portion when clamping an upper mold, In addition to preventing bending and displacement of the edge portion, leakage of urethane foam from near the edge portion is prevented. A core material Xb is set on an upper mold 5 and a skin material Xa is set on a lower mold 3. In this state, the slide core 21 which advances and retreats in a substantially horizontal direction is advanced to hold and position the outer surface of the edge portion 9 by the contact of the contact surface 23. Next, a raw material of urethane foam Xc is injected into the back surface of the skin material. Thereafter, the upper die is lowered, the slide core is retracted, and the die is clamped, whereby the edge portion is held and positioned by the convex portion 13 of the core material. Thereafter, the raw material of the urethane foam is foamed between the core material and the skin material by the mold temperature of the molding die 1, and the pad portion 7 in which the urethane foam is interposed between the core material and the skin material is partially formed. The instrument panel X is integrally molded.
