titleOfInvention Cage-shaped rotor using polymer resin containing high investment rate powder and method of manufacturing the same
abstract (57) [Summary] (Modifications) [Problem] To provide a cage rotor using a polymer resin containing a high investment rate powder and a method for manufacturing the same. A cage-shaped rotor includes a cage-shaped conductor composed of a conductor bar made of a highly conductive material such as copper or aluminum and a short-circuit ring, and a cage-shaped conductor and a middle portion thereof. A high-investment rate powder-filled polymer resin filled between the rotating shafts located therein and in the slot 134; and a high-investment rate powder such as fine iron powder that often adheres to a magnet is used. The fine powder is evenly distributed in the polymer resin. A hit pipe 135 for cooling the heat is further connected to the slot of the cage-shaped conductor 133, and the magnetic speed density is increased inside the polymer resin containing the high investment ratio powder to increase the performance of the motor. A core having a high magnetic investment rate is further inserted so as to be able to improve the magnetic field.
