titleOfInvention | Method for producing copper phthalocyanine pigment composition |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a copper phthalocyanine pigment composition excellent in coloring power and dispersibility with a small number of steps. SOLUTION: A slurry solution obtained by mixing a copper phthalocyanine semi-crude having a content of an organic compound other than copper phthalocyanine of 1% by weight or less and a resin-based dispersion medium such as a dispersion medium for printing ink is mixed with a slurry solution of 60 to 50%. Heat to 200 ° C, The semi-crude pigmentation and the dispersion of the pigment in the resin dispersion medium are performed simultaneously. Using a processing liquid instead of the resin-based dispersion medium, semi-crude pigmentation is performed, and then a resin-based dispersion medium is added to the slurry solution, and the pigment is extracted into the resin-based dispersion medium. The working liquid may be removed. |
