The present invention provides a novel bifunctional organophosphorus compound having both a phosphorylcholine-like group and a dihalogen group as a raw material. SOLUTION: The following formula [1] (Wherein, X 1 is a halogen atom, and Z is a residue of a dihalogen compound having 1 to 30 carbon atoms and having 1 to 30 carbon atoms.) m is an integer of 2 to 4.
