titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of crystallized glass using waste material generated in ceramics manufacturing process
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To add a new glass crystal auxiliary to a waste of gypsum and a gypsum-type waste material generated in a porcelain manufacturing process and adjust the blending so that the waste material can be used as a conventional material. It is an object of the present invention to obtain a crystallized glass that can be melted and sintered at a lower temperature than crystallized glass to make the waste material harmless and effective, and that has excellent economic efficiency. SOLUTION: A powder of a pottery stone waste material and a gypsum waste material generated in a ceramic manufacturing process and a powder of a glass crystal auxiliary containing at least limestone and sodium carbonate are put into a furnace at a relatively low temperature of 1300 ° C. or higher. And melted, crushed after cooling and solidification after melting, and then put the crushed one in a furnace and gradually raise the temperature from room temperature to a low temperature of 900 to 1000 ° C., The temperature is maintained for a certain period of time, and then the temperature is gradually lowered and sintering is performed.
