(57) [Summary] An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an oriented product which is capable of continuously controlling the orientation and forming a thick product for a long period of time and which is excellent in strength. Kind Code: A1 A raw resin and a masterbatch made of a resin containing at least a cross-linking agent are kneaded in an extruder, and the kneaded material is supplied from the extruder to a die, and is extruded in a thermal cross-linking zone provided in the die. In the cross-linking step of thermally cross-linking the raw material resin in the kneaded material supplied from the above, the cross-linked resin obtained in the cross-linking step is stretched in a stretching zone provided in a die in an orientation direction of at least one axis or higher at a melting point of the resin or higher. A configuration is provided that includes a stretching step of shaping the shaped article into the shape of a molded article while being oriented, and a cooling step of cooling the shaped article shaped in the stretching zone to a temperature at which the oriented state can be maintained. |
