abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Solution] An electrolytic cell 4 composed of a cathode chamber A having a cathode 1, an anode chamber B having an anode 2, and an ion exchange membrane 3 separating the cathode chamber and the anode chamber is provided. A voltage reversible electrolyzed water generator comprising: a magnetic water generator 5 provided on the water supply side of the electrolytic layer; and a noble metal-containing layer serving as an excess hydrogen generation source formed on at least one cathode of the electrodes. [Effect] The generation of hydrogen ions can be greatly promoted, and the generation of atomic hydrogen (active hydrogen) can be increased. In addition, magnetized water (magnetized water) can easily penetrate into biological membranes and the blood-brain barrier because water molecules are extremely finely broken by a magnetizing action. Further, such magnetic water has an effect of removing impurities adhering to the inner surface of the water guide tube on the water supply / drain side of the electrolytic cell, the surface of the negative and positive electrodes, the inner surface of the electrolytic cell, the ion exchange membrane, and the like.
