titleOfInvention Solid electrolytic capacitors
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor capable of suppressing an increase in short-circuit and leakage current and contributing to an improvement in product yield and characteristics. SOLUTION: In a solid electrolytic capacitor using a functional polymer, an organic insulating material or an inorganic insulating material is provided on a round bar portion 13 of an anode side tab terminal 10 on which an aluminum oxide film is formed by a chemical conversion treatment and a surface in the vicinity thereof. A coating treatment layer 16 is formed of a material, or a heat-shrinkable insulating tube is covered with the coating treatment layer 1. 6. Short circuit and increase in leakage current are suppressed by the heat-shrinkable insulating tube.
