titleOfInvention | Substrate with built-in solid electrolytic capacitor and method of manufacturing the same |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an electrolytic capacitor that can obtain the same capacitance with the same electrode area when compared with a wound electrode type electrolytic capacitor in an integrated capacitor formed on a substrate. It is an object of the present invention to realize a circuit board with a built-in high-capacity solid electrolytic capacitor and a method for manufacturing the circuit board, which is manufactured to be small and thin. SOLUTION: The insulating resin substrate has a valve metal base integrated with the insulating resin substrate and capable of forming an insulating oxide film, and both sides of the valve metal base are open to the insulating resin substrate. A substrate with a built-in solid electrolytic capacitor having a possible window part and a solid electrolytic capacitor in which at least a window part of the valve metal base is provided with an insulating oxide film, a polymer electrolyte layer, and a conductor layer sequentially.
