(57) [Problem] To provide a solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell having a high output density and little deterioration of battery characteristics over time. The catalyst layer of the oxidant electrode is crosslinked by copolymerizing with a crosslinked fluoropolymer having a sulfonic acid group, preferably a perfluorounsaturated compound having two double bonds. A solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell having a fluoropolymer crosslinked by introducing a reactive group and reacting the crosslinkable group. |
