titleOfInvention Method for producing meta-type aromatic polyamide fiber
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a meta-type aromatic polyamide fiber which is capable of wet-spinning a fiber having excellent quality in a process condition and has a drastically improved productivity. SOLUTION: (1) A meta-type aromatic diamine is reacted with a meta-type aromatic dicarboxylic acid chloride in an amide-based polar organic solvent, and (2) hydrogen chloride generated by polymerization in the obtained polymerization solution is The resulting salt is neutralized with an alkali metal hydroxide that does not dissolve in the polymerization solvent, (3) the salt precipitated by the neutralization reaction is filtered, and (4) water is added to the obtained filtered solution together with an amide polar organic solvent. To adjust the spinning solution, (5) The spinning solution is directly extruded into an aqueous coagulation liquid, coagulated and wet-spun, (6) the fiber drawn from the coagulation liquid is washed with water, and (7) the fiber after water washing is drawn and heat-treated to obtain a meta-type aromatic polyamide. Get the fiber.
