SOLUTION: One or more compounds selected from the group consisting of glycol ether acetates and hydroxycarboxylic acid esters are added to a chlorine-free fluorine compound, and one kind of glycol ether compound is further added alone or glycol ether monoalkyl ether. And glycol ether dialkyl ethers are added together. |
