titleOfInvention | On-machine drawing lithographic printing method and on-machine drawing lithographic printing apparatus |
abstract | [Problem] To use a high-speed inkjet method which has high resolution without bleeding, can be driven stably by lowering a signal voltage, is inexpensive, is easy to use as a line head, and is easy to use. In addition, the present invention provides a digitally supported on-press lithographic printing method and an on-press lithographic printing apparatus that do not require a development process. SOLUTION: A plate material is mounted on a plate cylinder of a printing press, an image is formed directly on the plate material based on a signal of image data, a printing plate is created, and the printing plate is used in that state to continue lithographic printing. In an on-press drawing lithographic printing method, the oil-based ink is supplied to a discharge unit disposed opposite to a plate material mounted on a plate cylinder, and the oil-based ink of the discharge unit is irradiated with light. A printing image is formed by an ink jet method in which an oil-based ink flies from a discharge unit by forming an electrostatic field based on a signal of image data. |
