titleOfInvention | Plate making method and plate making device |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To form an image directly on a plate material by a high-speed ink jet recording method which has a high resolution without blur, can be driven stably, is inexpensive, is easy to use as a line head, and is high speed. To get a printing plate. SOLUTION: An ejection head which is arranged to face a plate material 9 and insulates the insulating ink onto the plate material, a bias voltage is applied to form an electrostatic field in the ejection head, and a signal of the image data is applied to the ejection head. And a light irradiating means for irradiating the insulating ink with light. The inkjet drawing apparatus 2 includes: a voltage applying means for applying a modulation voltage modulated based on the voltage; and an electrostatic field applied to the discharge head by the voltage applying means. While the insulating ink is irradiated with the light by the light irradiating means, and further, the modulation voltage is applied to the discharge head by the voltage applying means, thereby discharging the insulating ink. An image is formed directly on the plate material 9 by flying from the head to the plate material 9. |
