titleOfInvention | Film for capacitors |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a capacitor film which is small in size and has little performance deterioration over a long period of time. SOLUTION: It has a porous structure having fine non-linear through holes, a porosity of 35 to 85%, and a pore size of 0.01 to 5μ. m, a porous polyamide film having a film thickness of 5 to 50 μm, and having a structure in which a layer made of microporous material and a layer having relatively large voids or openings are stacked in the cross-sectional direction of the film. And the two layers are connected to each other by through-holes. |
