(57) Abstract: Provided is a method capable of separating two or more kinds of molecules from each other by utilizing dielectrophoretic force. The present invention comprises two methods. The first method is to combine a "specific molecule" in a sample with a "substance capable of changing the dielectrophoretic properties of the specific molecule". Is a method of forming a body material and then subjecting the complex material to dielectrophoresis to separate the complex material from molecules other than a specific molecule. A solution in which molecules are dissolved is subjected to a strong electric field strength, that is, an electric field strength of 500 KV. / M or more in a non-uniform electric field. |
