abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a fibrous body which can exhibit ink supply properties corresponding to diversification of inks and high-speed printing, and which facilitates ink injection, and a liquid storage container having the same. SOLUTION: An ink tank 1 has a PP fiber body (represented by a hatched portion in the drawing) 2 as a negative pressure generating member for an ink jet head for performing recording by discharging a liquid, and supplies it to the ink jet head. Liquid to PP The fiber body 2 is held and stored. An air communication port 3 is provided at the upper end of the tank housing. Also, PP As the fibrous body 2, a fiber in which the surfaces of entangled PP fibers are subjected to a hydrophilic treatment is used. |
