titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of lightweight composite panel and manufacturing apparatus thereof
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] A foam core honeycomb structure or a foam core honeycomb sandwich structure, which is known as a panel-shaped structural member having a light weight and excellent mechanical strength, is used for a honeycomb structural material which was difficult by a conventional method. Provided are a method and a manufacturing apparatus capable of manufacturing a much simpler and more efficient device while avoiding the difficulty of manufacturing. The plate-like porous body 1 is preferably a thermoplastic foam, particularly a polyolefin foam such as polyethylene foam and polypropylene foam. A step of providing a grid-like groove 2 such as a square simple grid using, for example, a heating wire; and preferably, a thermosetting or reactive material such as an epoxy resin, for example. A method and apparatus for manufacturing a lightweight composite panel having a foam core honeycomb structure, the method including a step of filling the curable substance 3 and a step of curing the curable substance by means such as heating.
