abstract |
(57) [Summary] To provide a blood collection device which suppresses generation of air bubbles at the time of blood introduction and is excellent in solubility and miscibility of an anticoagulant in blood. A blood collection device includes an outer cylinder, a gasket slidable in the outer cylinder, and a plunger for moving the gasket. A gas permeable filter member 35 is attached to the tip of the hole 32 formed in the gasket 3. This hole 32 is provided with a hole 42 of the plunger 4. And it can be ventilated to the outside through the internal space 43. In a space 26 surrounded by the outer cylinder 2 and the gasket 3, An anticoagulant supply piece 5 carrying an anticoagulant 52 such as heparin is accommodated on one or both sides of the plate-shaped support. The anticoagulant supply piece 5 has a distal end 50 tapered toward the blood inlet 23, and each of a pair of opposing sides 55 and 56 is in line contact with the inner peripheral surface 25 of the outer cylinder 2. This maintains that attitude. |
