abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Problem] A screen irradiation efficiency is high and uniform light diffusion can be performed. Further, the present invention provides a high relative refractive index difference type light diffusion plate and a light illumination guide device having a simple configuration. SOLUTION: Since a large number of sol-fixed portions 3 of a desired pattern having a metal oxide in a polysilane film 2 on a light guide plate 1 are distributed at predetermined intervals, light from a light source is applied to the light guide plate 1. When the light enters, the light transmitted through the light guide plate 1 is diffused by the sol fixing portion 3. Therefore, the entire screen illuminated by the light diffusion plate can be illuminated uniformly and brightly with a simple configuration. |
