titleOfInvention Lubricants for cold working
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] In cold working, particularly in cold working of steel pipes, it is possible to prevent seizure between a tool and a work material, to prevent the occurrence of dent flaws, and to perform cleaning after working. Provided is a cold working lubricant that is easy and can suppress the occurrence of reattachment. SOLUTION: Base oil composed of 50% or more by mass of extreme pressure agent is selected from boric acid, water-soluble borate, water-soluble alkali metal silicate, molybdic acid and water-soluble molybdate. Alternatively, two or more kinds of powders are dispersed in a mass of 5% or more and 70% or less. The extreme pressure agent is a sulfur type extreme pressure agent, and the average particle diameter of the powder is desirably 50 μm or less.
