Alkaline secondary battery separator and battery using the same |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a battery separator in which self-discharge of a battery is small and the strength of the substrate is not deteriorated by a hydrophilic treatment. SOLUTION: In an alkaline secondary battery separator made of a nonwoven fabric to which semiconductor particles adhere, the nonwoven fabric is subjected to a sulfonation treatment, whereby the nonwoven fabric has a surface area of 1 m. An alkaline secondary battery separator characterized in that 1.0 × 10 −5 to 1.0 × 10 −2 mol of sulfur per 2 is provided. |
