abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a silver halide emulsion having low fog and high sensitivity, and a silver halide color photographic material using the same. Kind Code: A1 A photographic emulsion containing silver halide grains, wherein the emulsion includes at least one grain forming step using a low-viscosity dispersion medium, and the total projected area of the silver halide grains in the emulsion is 50%. A photographic emulsion characterized in that silver halide tabular grains having an aspect ratio of 4 or more and a twin plane spacing of 0.012 μm or less occupy at least 30% by weight, and a color photographic light-sensitive material coated with the emulsion on a support. |
