(57) [Summary] [Problem] A biological sample such as a micro sample or a cell having a diameter of several tens of microns or less can be fixed easily and without damage. To provide a method and an apparatus capable of acquiring accurate three-dimensional images of these insides. SOLUTION: The focal position of an optical trapping laser beam generated from an optical trapping light source 1 and converged by an objective lens 6 is adjusted by a galvanometer mirror 5 and an adjustable mount 7. The sample 10 trapped by the laser light for optical trapping is moved three-dimensionally in the solution 9 of the cell 8, and is generated from the light source 11 for analysis and converged by the objective lens 16. The sample 10 can be moved three-dimensionally with respect to the focal position of the analysis laser light, whereby a three-dimensional image is obtained from the sample 10 by fluorescence or Raman scattered light. |
