abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] A clear mark with excellent ink absorbability and little bleeding Characters are excellent, fading resistance is extremely excellent, and the recording paper surface is excellent in smoothness and gloss, and the cost is reduced as compared with the case where silica is used as a pigment. The pigment has, on at least one surface of a base paper, 50% by weight or more of light calcium carbonate having a specific surface area of 50 to 130 m 2 / g, less than 50% by weight of synthetic silica, and an aluminum group in a pigment. A cationic agent is contained, and a binder is used in an amount of 5 to 100 parts by weight of the pigment. A receiving layer containing 50 parts by weight is formed.
