titleOfInvention Cathode ray tube
abstract (57) [Problem] To have a low surface resistance effective for AEF prevention, A cathode ray tube provided with an antireflection film having high film strength. SOLUTION: In the cathode ray tube of the present invention, an antireflection film 16 of two or more layers including a conductive layer 14 made of conductive fine particles 17 is provided on the outer surface of a face panel 5. The conductive layer 14 contains two or more different types of conductive fine particles 17a and 17b, and when the average particle size of these conductive fine particles is M 1 , M 2 ,. M 1 / M 2 ≦ 10. On the conductive layer 14, an upper layer 15 mainly composed of SiO 2 is provided.
