SOLUTION: An air diffuser pipe 17 for radiating air is provided at a bottom portion of an inner wall of an adjustment tank 1, and air emitted from an air hole 17 a of the air diffuser pipe 17 moves as a bubble and moves, and stains on the inner surface of the adjustment tank 1. Prevents adhesion.
