titleOfInvention | Silicone rubber composition for fixing roll and fixing roll |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber composition for a fixing roll capable of forming a silicone rubber layer having a small variation in hardness and rebound resilience after curing, and suitable for an electrophotographic copying machine, a printer and the like. To provide a suitable fixing roll. SOLUTION: "(A) (a) At least one is present in a molecular side chain. Silicone rubber comprising 100 parts by weight of a diorganopolysiloxane having at least three silicon-bonded alkenyl groups in one molecule and 10 to 300 parts by weight of an inorganic filler (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule, (C) a diorganosiloxane oligomer having silanol groups at both ends of the molecular chain, in an amount of 0.01 to 10 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the base compound. And (D) a composition comprising a catalytic amount of a platinum-based catalyst and a fixing roll obtained by curing the composition. |
