titleOfInvention | Method for preparing liposomes |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a liposome which does not go through complicated steps and does not leave an organic solvent. A method of dispersing this solution in water after forming a / O emulsion, and removing dimethyl ether from the dispersion. According to the present invention, there is provided a liposome which does not contain an organic solvent and does not require a high temperature to remove the organic solvent, so that the contained drug and lipid are not degraded. In addition, since a special apparatus such as high stirring and complicated steps are not performed, a process with high reproducibility is provided. |
