abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a gel-like cosmetic which improves the slowness of drying which contributes to stickiness and gives a smooth feeling of use even when applied to sweaty and sticky skin. SOLUTION: It contains (A) a powder having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 100 µm, (B) at least one selected from an antiperspirant active ingredient and a bactericide, and (C) a water-soluble polymer. Characterized gel cosmetic.
