SOLUTION: A trace amount of halogen, which is characterized in that a sufficient amount of an organic basic substance is present in a reaction system to suppress isomerization of a carbon-carbon double bond of an organic compound, particularly a hydrocarbon, is removed. And a method for regenerating alumina used for the method. |
