abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a yohimbine action enhancer capable of enhancing the action of yohimbine. SOLUTION: Creosote or guaiacol, 4-ethylguaiacol, creozole, orthocresol, A yohimbine action enhancer comprising creosote constituents such as cresols such as paracresol, phenol derivatives such as phenol and xylenol, or a mixture containing two or more of these as active ingredients. [Effect] In humans and other animals, it is effective for the treatment of various symptoms that need to promote intestinal fluid absorption, such as irritable (large) bowel syndrome, abdominal discomfort, abdominal bloating, and dehydration. It is effective in maximizing the pharmacological effects of the active ingredients in suppositories. |
