Pyrolysis treatment system |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To prevent an object to be treated put into a pyrolysis furnace from softening and melting and from adhering to an inner wall even when a heat transfer surface temperature of the pyrolysis furnace is increased. In addition, the heat transfer coefficient in the pyrolysis furnace is greatly improved, and the size of the pyrolysis furnace is reduced. SOLUTION: A pre-drying treatment device 7 mixes an object 2 supplied from a storage device 4 and a granular solid 5 supplied from a granular solid storage device 6 while drying the mixture. It is led to a cracking furnace 8 to be subjected to a thermal cracking treatment. |
