abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, simple and high-yield conjugated fatty acid for industrially producing a conjugated fatty acid-containing lipid having excellent properties such as digestibility, safety, and sensory quality. A method for producing the lipid containing is obtained. SOLUTION: Conjugate 2 is added to a fatty acid glyceride containing at least one or more fatty acids having two or more double bonds as a component or an oil or fat-containing material containing the fatty acid glyceride. A method for reacting a microorganism capable of producing a heavy bond or an enzyme produced by the microorganism. |
