PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a heat conductive film which is easy to form, does not peel off easily, and can reduce the thermal resistance between a heat-generating electronic component and a radiator without variation. Provide a way. SOLUTION: This is a method for forming a heat conductive film 4 on a radiator 1 which is used for an electronic device and radiates heat generated from an electronic component which is a component of the electronic device. The sol composed of the thermally conductive composition is radiated to the radiator 1 by screen printing. Print on the electronic parts contact area. The thickness of the heat conductive film to be formed is 15 to 150 μm. |
