titleOfInvention Piezoelectric sensor mounting method, actuator arm, disk device and connection inspection method
abstract (57) [Summary] In a case where a lead wire is soldered to one electrode of a piezoelectric sensor and the other electrode is fixed to a predetermined member with an adhesive, both workability is sacrificed. The present invention provides a piezoelectric sensor that does not need to operate. In addition, when the ground electrode of the piezoelectric sensor is bonded and fixed to the conductive portion of the member to be measured with an adhesive and electrically connected, a short circuit between the electrodes due to the protruding adhesive is prevented. Furthermore, it is possible to easily inspect whether or not the ground electrode and the conductive portion of the member to be measured are electrically connected. SOLUTION: Two electrodes 18b and 18c of a piezoelectric sensor 18 are respectively composed of an electrode material suitable for soldering and an electrode member suitable for bonding with an adhesive. Piezoelectric sensor 18 The ground electrode 18c is bonded to the measured member 7b with a non-conductive adhesive and is electrically connected. Further, the capacitance between the output electrode 18b of the piezoelectric sensor 18 and the measured member 7b is measured to check the above-mentioned electrical connection.
