abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method of manufacturing an FRP molded article having a boss or a rib outside a bottom portion, in which appearance defects due to generation of pinholes and nests are improved. SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing an FRP molded product (bath) having a boss or a rib outside a bottom by loading a fiber-reinforced resin molding material into a mold and performing hot-press molding, the boss or the boss of the mold 10 is provided. A part 21 of the fiber reinforced resin molding material is loaded into the rib forming recess 13, and the remaining fiber reinforced resin molding material 22 is loaded thereon. The FRP molded product (bathtub) is, for example, a molded product (bathtub) having two or more bent portions or having a substantially right-angled corner. In addition, 14 is a bent portion for forming an edge portion (frame portion) of the bathtub formed on the upper mold 11, 15 is a bent portion for forming an armrest of the bathtub formed on the upper die 11, and 20 is a bathtub before the mold is removed. It is a molded product.
