(57) [Problem] To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor which is excellent in various electrical characteristics such as a capacitance appearance rate and the like and is capable of increasing the capacity, and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A mixed solution of a monomer to be a conductive polymer and an oxidizing agent is impregnated in a capacitor element 6, air in pores of the capacitor element is removed by depressurization, and the mixed solution is pressurized. It was filled by being pushed into the inside of the capacitor element, and the monomer and the oxidant were chemically polymerized by heating to produce a conductive polymer, which was used as an electrolyte. |
