titleOfInvention | Method for producing high phosphorus low carbon steel |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To stably suppress the Ti concentration of a high-phosphorus-low-carbon steel for an electrical steel sheet containing 0.05 wt% or more of P. SOLUTION: After the molten steel obtained by refining in a steelmaking furnace is poured into a ladle, the molten steel in the ladle is subjected to vacuum decarburization treatment and component adjustment using an RH vacuum degassing apparatus, and is 0.05 wt% or more. A method for producing a high phosphorus low carbon steel containing P, comprising: Phosphorus iron for adjusting the P concentration is entirely added in the steelmaking furnace, the P concentration of the molten steel in the steelmaking furnace is increased to a predetermined value, and no phosphorus iron is added after the steelmaking furnace is discharged. |
