(57) [Problem] To provide a method for producing an antifouling agent having not only a high flash point but also excellent freeze stability and constant temperature stability. SOLUTION: In a mixture of polypropylene glycol having an average molecular weight of about 1000 or less and a water-soluble organic solvent having a boiling point of 150 ° C. or more or a flash point of more than 61 ° C., a fluoroalkyl group-containing monomer and a hydrophilic group-containing monomer are used. The copolymer is copolymerized with the monomer to produce an antifouling agent. |
