(57) [Problem] To provide a recording medium having excellent storage stability of a printed image. SOLUTION: A recording medium in which a surface layer containing particles having photocatalytic activity is formed in at least a part of a part which does not contact a print image to be formed. The particles having photocatalytic activity are preferably titanium dioxide particles having a primary particle diameter of 0.001 to 0.2 μm, and (i) titanium dioxide particles surface-treated with a porous substance having no photocatalytic activity; and And / or (ii) titanium dioxide particles contained in a porous wall made of a substance having no photocatalytic activity. |
