(57) [Problem] To provide a low potassium juice which is improved in flavor and nutrition, can be deliciously drunk, and does not disturb the drinking of patients with renal failure. SOLUTION: By treating a potassium-containing juice with a cation exchange resin, the potassium content of the juice is removed by 90% or more, and a calcium compound selected from calcium carbonate and calcium hydroxide is further added to the juice.
