(57) [Problem] To effectively delay the rate of viscosity development immediately after hydration of psyllium, without impairing the effective physiological function inherent in psyllium. SOLUTION: A granulated polysaccharide for reducing psyllium viscosity, which is obtained by granulating a polysaccharide, a psyllium composition containing the polysaccharide and psyllium, and a powdered beverage containing the same. |
