titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of dielectric paste and ceramic circuit board
abstract (57) Abstract: Dispersibility of powder in organic vehicle even when dielectric powder comprising perovskite-type composite oxide containing alkaline earth metal and Ti is contained in a dielectric paste. The present invention provides a dielectric paste and a method of manufacturing a ceramic circuit board, which can improve the wettability of the dielectric paste with respect to a print substrate while improving the dielectric paste. Kind Code: A1 A dielectric powder mainly containing a perovskate-type composite oxide containing at least an alkaline earth metal and Ti as a metal element, an organic vehicle, and a first surfactant for dispersing the dielectric powder in the organic vehicle. And a second surfactant for improving wettability.
