titleOfInvention | Printing plate support, method of manufacturing the same, printing plate and method of manufacturing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate support and a printing plate having improved printability (water volume latitude), background soiling and blanket soiling, and a method for producing them. Provided is a printing plate using an image recording layer containing a heat-fusible material (such as wax) having improved sensitivity, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: In a printing plate support having a hydrophilic layer on a substrate, the hydrophilic layer has an average of 0.2 to 50 μm. At a pitch of less than the average film thickness (pit shape or the like). A method for producing a printing plate support, wherein the above-mentioned region is formed by forming a hydrophilic layer on a substrate and then partially removing the hydrophilic layer. Average particle size of 0. 0 on substrate. After forming a hydrophilic layer containing particles of 2 to 10 μm, a pit shape is formed on the surface of the hydrophilic layer by removing a part of the hydrophilic layer. In a printing plate having an image recording layer and a hydrophilic layer on a substrate, the hydrophilic layer has the above-mentioned region. |
