titleOfInvention Urethane molded product manufacturing equipment
abstract (57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for manufacturing a urethane molded article that can reduce the amount of urethane material injected into a cavity while ensuring coating properties and drying properties of a paint. After a solution of the coating material M is poured into a cavity 17 of a mold 7 opened, the mold 7 is closed and the inside of the cavity 17 is depressurized through an elongated discharge hole 20a. The solvent of the coating material M boils due to this reduced pressure, and the coating material M is uniformly applied to the cavity 17 due to an increase in the volume of the coating material M at the time of boiling and breakage of bubbles. Thereafter, a urethane material is injected into the cavity and foam molding is performed. When the paint M is applied, the paint M that is not applied to the cavity 17 is discharged from the discharge hole 2. 0a. On the other hand, at the time of foam molding, the flow resistance of the urethane material in the discharge holes 20a increases, so that the urethane material is prevented from flowing out of the discharge holes 20a.
