titleOfInvention Surface treatment method for cosmetic applicator
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a cosmetic sponge puff which has no surface leaching of a treating agent component, has firmness, and has good slipperiness and good skin contact even after repeated washing. SOLUTION: A graft monomer is graft-polymerized on the surface of a cosmetic sponge puff by irradiating ultraviolet rays. For example, a treatment liquid containing a graft monomer such as polyethylene glycol diacrylate, octoxy polyethylene glycol polypropylene glycol monoacrylate and a photopolymerization initiator is impregnated with a cosmetic sponge puff, or the treatment liquid is applied to the surface of the cosmetic sponge puff. After doing The graft monomer is graft-polymerized on the surface of the cosmetic sponge puff by irradiating ultraviolet rays.
