titleOfInvention package
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a package in which a metal cap is sealed to an insulating base of low-melting glass via a low melting point glass in a surface mount type crystal unit or the like, and the sealing portion between the insulating base and the metal cap is subjected to external impact. Prevents peeling. SOLUTION: A step part 4 is provided on an outer peripheral surface of an insulating base 1 made of glass ceramic having a bottom plate part 2 and a frame part 3, and electrodes 5, 6 and terminals 7, 8 are formed on the bottom plate part 2. The crystal resonator element 10 is connected and fixed to the electrodes 5 and 6, and the lower and upper surfaces of the frame portion 3 of the insulating base 1 and the lower surface and the falling portion of the top plate portion 13 of the metal cap 12 are fixed by the low-melting glass 11. 14 and the inner surface was sealed.
