PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the filling rate of conductive fine particles and improve the adhesion between conductive fine particles and a conductive base material, thereby exhibiting better capacitance and lower resistance. An object is to provide an electrode material. SOLUTION: A porous electrode in which conductive fine particles 2 such as activated carbon and graphite and non-conductive fine particles 3 such as alumina and zinc oxide are dispersed in a rubber-based binder 1 made porous by crosslinking. The binder is spread on the conductive substrate 5 to form a porous electrode. |
