titleOfInvention | Partially carbonized ferrite and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] The present invention does not exist in the prior art; A new development of micro-electromagnetic wave absorbers, and the conversion of dust containing magnetic substances from steel mills, which are generated in large quantities into waste dumps and cause pollution, to high value-added magnetic materials widely used in the electronics industry The aim is to develop advanced technology to convert. SOLUTION: In the present invention, an oxide powder of various purity, which forms a soft magnetic material, is treated at a suitable temperature in a reducing atmosphere together with a substance, which forms a carbon fine particle, to form a glassy fine particle in the magnetic material. By forming a structure in which carbon is uniformly dispersed, a novel semiconductor and a manufacturing method have been developed. An object of the present invention is to provide a new radio wave absorber which has not existed in the past, a new product which is super cheap, and a new means for preventing pollution. |
